Return Policy: Our goal is to offer you the best service and quality magnesium available.  All sales are FINAL.  

Canceled Orders: We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please make sure you want your item before you place an order. 

Sale & Clearance Items: Sale prices do not apply to previous orders. No exceptions. 

Order Changes: We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review your shipping address and quantity of products carefully before submitting them. We are unable to make changes once your order is placed. Please double and triple-check that all details are correct. 

Incomplete Information: Any orders placed with incomplete shipping information will be immediately refunded. 

 Order Processing: All orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped via Priority Mail. We are closed for all US federal and state holidays. Please allow 2-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Large orders may be split across multiple shipments. 

Shipping Policies: With increased USPS shipping issues, we have added an extra option for your peace of mind through Good Life Shipping Protection. If the option is deselected, we will not be responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen. To file a claim, contact us at info@zechsteinamerica.com
