Shipping Policy

All Zechstein North America (ZNA) products must be shipped via freight. While freight shipping options for larger items are not available directly through the website, ZNA is happy to assist customers in obtaining freight quotes. Customers are also encouraged to arrange shipping through their own preferred freight providers.

ZNA does offer a pickup option; however, all pickups must be completed by a licensed and insured professional entity. Private or personal pickups are not permitted at the warehouse location.

Shipping details for each order will be provided to customers within two (2) business days of purchase, allowing sufficient time to coordinate freight arrangements.
